We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Damaged Items or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have.

Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the product you would like instead.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

The same return conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused.

  • It must be in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.

We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
